Global Layout:
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a new building with a total of 5 floors. The building was completed in 2021 so everything is still new! The lift takes you to the 4th floor. The hallway gives access to the spacious bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink and a washing machine connection (washing machine for takeover). There is also a large cupboard in the hall with the modern cooling/heating system. Straight ahead you walk into the L-shaped living room with open kitchen.
