Global Layout:
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a new building with a total of 5 floors. This building was finished 1,5 years ago so everything is quite new! The elevator takes you to the 4th floor. The hall gives access to the spacious bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink and a washing machine connection. In addition, there is a large cupboard in the hall with the modern cooling/heating system. Straight ahead you reach the L-shaped living room with open kitchen.
